Privacy Policy

Purpose of Processing

Data Retention
Personal data is retained for a maximum of 24 months from the last interaction, or as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. Upon expiration, data is securely deleted from all systems.

Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by DigitalBuildos, registered at 042186, Drumul Crețeștilor nr. 78M, București, Sector 4, Romania.
Scope of Services
DigitalBuildos provides digital development services including web application development, deployment automation, system architecture, and related technical consulting. Service scope is defined in individual project agreements or service descriptions on our website.
Payment Terms
All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is due in full before project commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge. DigitalBuildos reserves the right to suspend work on outstanding invoices.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all deliverables and associated intellectual property rights transfer to the client. DigitalBuildos retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolio materials unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality.
Limitation of Liability
DigitalBuildos shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days' written notice. Work completed prior to termination is payable in full. DigitalBuildos reserves the right to terminate immediately in cases of payment default exceeding 30 days.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in București, Romania.
Refund Policy
DigitalBuildos, registered at 042186, Drumul Crețeștilor nr. 78M, București, Sector 4, Romania, maintains the following refund and reimbursement policy for all services.
Cancellation Before Work Begins
If a service is cancelled before any work has commenced, a full refund of the advance payment will be issued within 14 business days, minus any applicable transaction fees.
Partial Refunds
For projects cancelled after work has begun, refunds are calculated based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation. The client will receive a detailed breakdown of completed milestones and corresponding charges.
Completed Services
Services that have been fully delivered and accepted are non-refundable. If issues arise from deliverable defects attributable to DigitalBuildos, we will remediate at no additional cost within 30 days of project delivery.
Dispute Resolution
Refund disputes are handled through direct communication. Contact [email protected] with your project reference number. We aim to resolve all disputes within 10 business days.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method. If the original method is unavailable, an alternative arrangement will be agreed upon in writing.
Exceptions
Refund requests submitted more than 60 days after the original payment date will not be honored. DigitalBuildos reserves the right to deny refund requests that are found to be made in bad faith or inconsistent with the agreed project scope.
